The graduates wore their biggest smiles when they participated in the graduation parties at the top of Rendsburggade. Graduating is a big thing, as was obvious from the students’ faces as well as their words.
"It has not sunk in yet, but it is exciting," says Jannik that just his finished his Master’s in Urban Design.
"It's a surreal feeling, but it's weird when it's someone you've been with for five years," says Emilie from Architecture.
"Now we know how to eat an elephant," says Malene, a graduate from Medialogy.
The graduation was split in to four mini celebrations for each study programme. Each graduation had speeches and loud clapping as the names of the graduates were read aloud.
Afterwards, there was pink bubbles and a lot of cake to celebrate with in the hallways and on the outdoor ‘rooftop’.
And what now then? Emma from Industrial Design has a clear goal of the summer.
"I need absolutely nothing, I need vacation," she says .
